Content - The pages are for reading only: plain text, clear headings, and no forms.
Standard - The goal is the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Program - Mail billing is a desktop program for a small group of business users. It is adapted to the needs of its current users.
